Grand Valley Health Plan employs its own healthcare providers dedicated to influencing quality health outcomes in the Greater Grand Rapids area. In addition to primary care, Grand Valley Health Plan offers pharmacy, lab, x-ray, health and wellness counseling and integrative holistic health services with a full staff of primary care practitioners. Our physicians receive an excellent salary and benefit package. They are paid an annual salary with ranges adjusted annually for inflation and market conditions. Individual salary levels are determined from a compensation model that addresses performance, service, quality, and peer review. The benefit package includes health, dental; medical spending accounts; life and long term disability insurance; vacation, sick and personal paid time off; malpractice coverage; CME funds and dedicated time off; as well as tax deferred profit sharing including 401K and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
