This program is most appropriate for those who are thinking about losing weight, thos who want to lose and/or manage weight, or family members who are supporting someone who is trying to lose/manage weight. Members may also be participating in LEARN, Intuitive Eating or Movin' On. Participants are offered the opportunity to join other GVHP member for a weekly activity session. |
