Family Physician: Matthew Boutell, M.D.
Board Certified, American Board of Family Health Center. Dr. Boutell received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1996. Dr. Boutell was in private practice.
Physician Assistant: John Hendricks, B.S., P.A.-C.
Certified, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Mr. Hendricks received his undergraduate degree from Mercy College of Detroit and is a graduate of the Physician Assistant program at Mercy College. Mr. Hendricks is involved in an independent study of traditional Chinese medicine and integrative medicine.
Physician Assistant: Barbara Duchemin, B.S., P.A.-C.
Certified, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Duchemin received her under-graduate degree from Wayne State University and is a graduate of the Physician Assistant program at Mercy College of Detroit.
Health Coach: Erica Wojcik, L.M.S.W.
Ms. Wojcik graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Masters in Social Work.
Health Coach: Wendy Brookhouse, R.D.
Ms. Brookhouse graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics.
