Family Physician: Dan Wallace, D.O.
Board Certified, American Board of Family Health Center. Dr. Wallace received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his medical degree from MSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his three-year residency training in Family Medicine at E.W.Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.
Physician Assistant: Rodney Hamby, B.S., P.A.-C.
Certified, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Hamby attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a graduate of the Physician Assistant program at Pennsylvania State University.
