In celebration and in thank you to our community for GVHP’s 30 years of success, GVHP is offering a FREE weight-loss challenge for all residents of West Michigan throughout the entire year of 2012!

The 2012 Challenge “Bringin’ Healthy Back” is a weight loss challenge that encourages participants to focus on a minimum 12 lb weight loss goal in 2012, using GVHP’s nationally recognized health education, health coaching services, and patient centered supportive tools. Services will be primarily delivered in our five Grand Valley Family Health Center locations, which are located throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. For more information, Click Here
